Presented by JPMorgan Chase and MENTOR, the December 2018 IMPACT Webinar featured our guide for mentors on engaging young men of color in conversations on masculinity. This webinar spotlighted takeaways from the guide and supported the audience in considering the importance of engaging in dialogue about the intersections of identity, power, and privilege centered on gender identity. Informed by research, practice and the experiences of young men from JPMorgan Chase’s The Fellowship Initiative, this webinar presented practical tips on how to support the development of cultures and relationships that encourage young men to explore expressions of masculinity in service of healthy decision making, self-development, and care for others.
